Sec. 204.026. JUDICIAL REVIEW OF PROTEST. (a) An employer may appeal an administrative determination made under Section 204.025 after the employer has exhausted the employer's administrative remedies, not including a motion for rehearing, before the commission. An appeal must be filed within the time prescribed by Sections 212.153 and 212.201 for commission decisions on benefits. (b) An appeal to a court relating to a chargeback has the same venue and jurisdiction as a suit to collect contributions and penalties under this subtitle.
