Sec. 203.505. CEASE AND DESIST ORDER. (a) Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 838 , Sec. 1.222(26), eff. September 1, 2015. (b) A violation of a cease and desist order issued by the executive director constitutes grounds for imposing an administrative penalty.
