Sec. 202.602. MONITORING AND INSPECTION OF LICENSE HOLDER. (a) The department shall develop a system to identify and monitor a podiatrist's compliance with this chapter and any order issued by the commission or executive director under this chapter. (b) The department, during reasonable business hours, may enter the business premises of a person regulated by the department under this chapter without notice to: (1) investigate a complaint filed with the department; or (2) determine compliance with an order of the commission or executive director issued under this chapter.
