Sec. 202.504. REISSUANCE OF LICENSE. (a) On application, the department may reissue a license to practice podiatry to a person whose license has been revoked or suspended. (b) A person whose license has been revoked may not apply for a reissued license before the first anniversary of the date of the revocation. The person shall apply for the license in the manner and form required by the department.
