Sec. 201.997. FUND DISTRIBUTION. (a) The department shall allocate funds to the department districts based on the formulas adopted under Section 201.996 . (b) In distributing funds to department districts, the department may not exceed the cash flow forecast prepared and published under Section 201.993 (c).
