Sec. 201.506. ENFORCEMENT COMMITTEE. (a) The board shall appoint an enforcement committee to: (1) oversee and conduct the investigation of complaints filed with the board under this chapter; and (2) perform other enforcement duties as directed by the board. (b) The enforcement committee consists of three board members. Two members must be chiropractors, and one member must be a representative of the public. (c) The attorney general shall provide legal counsel to the enforcement committee concerning enforcement matters, including the investigation and disposition of complaints.
