Sec. 201.307. REEXAMINATION. (a) An applicant who fails to pass a required examination may take another examination. (b) The board by rule shall establish the number of times an applicant may retake the examination required by Section 201.304 (a)(1) or (b), as applicable. The board by rule shall establish the conditions under which an applicant may retake an examination. The board may require an applicant to fulfill additional educational requirements. (c) If the applicant makes a satisfactory grade on reexamination, the board shall grant to the applicant a license to practice chiropractic. (d) The board's decision under this section is final.
