Sec. 201.158. BOARD COMMITTEES. (a) The board may appoint committees from its own members. (b) A committee appointed from the members of the board shall: (1) consider matters referred to the committee relating to the enforcement of this chapter and the rules adopted by the board; and (2) make recommendations to the board. (c) The board may delegate to a committee of the board an authority granted to the board under Section 201.505 (c).
