Sec. 201.132. HEARING ON VARIANCE PETITION. (a) After receiving a petition for a variance, a board of adjustment shall schedule a hearing on the petition and give notice of that hearing. (b) The directors of the conservation district and the members of the state board are entitled to appear and be heard at a hearing on a petition for a variance. (c) Any owner or occupier of land within the conservation district who objects to the granting of the variance sought may intervene and become a party to the proceedings. (d) A party to a hearing on a petition for a variance may appear in person or by agent or attorney.
