POWERS OF PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION

Sec. 2.108. POWERS OF PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION. Except as provided by Title 7, a professional association has the same powers, privileges, duties, restrictions, and liabilities as a for-profit corporation.
