Sec. 185.208. APPEAL OF CEASE AND DESIST ORDER. (a) A person affected by a cease and desist order issued, affirmed, or modified after a hearing may file a petition for judicial review. (b) A filed petition for judicial review does not stay or vacate the order unless the court, after hearing, specifically stays or vacates the order.
