Sec. 181.087. USE OF ANOTHER'S TELEGRAPH LINE. (a) A telegraph corporation may: (1) lease the telegraph line of another telegraph corporation; (2) as the result of a lease or purchase, attach to its telegraph line the telegraph line of another telegraph corporation; or (3) join with any other corporation or association to construct, lease, own, use, or maintain a telegraph line. (b) An action under Subsection (a)(3) must be taken in accordance with an agreement made by the directors or managers of the telegraph corporations.
