Sec. 174.068. VOTING AT CONVENTION. The state executive committee may adopt rules concerning voting procedures for any party convention. If the state executive committee fails to adopt rules: (1) the delegates selected by a particular precinct convention who attend the county or senatorial district convention are entitled to cast a number of votes equal to as many delegates as that precinct convention was entitled to select; and (2) a person may not vote a proxy at a county or senatorial district convention.
