Sec. 173.033. USE OF PRIMARY FUND. (a) The county primary fund shall be used to pay expenses incurred by the county chair in connection with a primary election. (b) The state primary fund shall be used to pay expenses incurred by the state chair in connection with a primary election. (c) A primary fund may not be used for any other purpose, except as provided by Section 173.032 (c).
