Sec. 173.031. COUNTY PRIMARY FUND. (a) A county primary fund is created for each county executive committee of a political party holding a primary election. (b) The county primary fund consists of: (1) the filing fees required to be deposited in the fund under Subchapter C; (2) the state funds paid to the county chair under Subchapter D; (3) the contributions to the county executive committee for the purpose of defraying primary election expenses; and (4) the income earned by the fund.
