Sec. 172.205. DRAFT CONCILIATION SETTLEMENT. (a) At any time during the conciliation, the conciliator may prepare a draft conciliation settlement and send a copy to each party, stating the time within which each party must approve the settlement. The draft conciliation settlement may include the assessment and apportionment of costs between the parties. (b) A party is not required to accept a proposed conciliation settlement.
