Sec. 172.154. AGREEMENTS WITH OTHER ENTITIES FOR JOINT USE. A district may: (1) enter into agreements with a public utility, private utility, communication system, common carrier, or transportation system for the joint use of its facilities, installations, or property inside or outside the district; and (2) establish: (A) through routes; (B) joint fares; and (C) divisions of tariffs, subject to approval of a tariff-regulating body that has jurisdiction.
