Sec. 172.129. STATEMENTS MADE BY ELECTION OFFICER WHEN PRIMARIES CONDUCTED AT SAME LOCATION. (a) This section applies only to a polling place used to hold an election for more than one political party. (b) An election officer conducting a primary election may not: (1) suggest a political party's ballot to a voter; or (2) discuss any race on the ballot with a voter.
