Sec. 172.110. SUPPLEMENT OR AMENDMENT TO STATEMENT. A party may amend or supplement a claim or defense during the arbitration unless: (1) the parties have otherwise agreed; or (2) the arbitration tribunal considers it inappropriate to allow the amendment or supplement considering the delay in making the amendment or supplement.
