Sec. 17.185. INSPECTION OF PROJECTS. (a) The board may inspect the construction of a project at any time to assure that the contractor is substantially complying with the approved engineering plans and specifications of the project. (b) Inspection of a project by the board does not subject the state to any civil liability.
