PATIENT DESIRE SUPERSEDES DIRECTIVE

Sec. 166.037. PATIENT DESIRE SUPERSEDES DIRECTIVE. The desire of a qualified patient, including a qualified patient younger than 18 years of age, supersedes the effect of a directive.
