Sec. 165.158. UNAUTHORIZED RELEASE OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. (a) A person commits an offense if the person unlawfully discloses confidential information described by Section 160.006 that is possessed by the board. (b) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.
