Sec. 164.085. REFUSAL TO PERMIT ENTRY OR GATHER ANIMALS FOR INSPECTION. (a) A person commits an offense if the person: (1) refuses to permit an inspector to enter any premises of which the person is the owner, tenant, or caretaker for the purpose of inspecting, classifying, or treating animals infected or exposed to scabies; or (2) refuses to gather animals in accordance with Section 164.005 (c). (b) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor. (c) A person commits a separate offense for each day of refusal.
