Sec. 162.419. REGISTRY RECORDS CONFIDENTIAL. (a) All applications, registrations, records, and other information submitted to, obtained by, or otherwise acquired by a registry are confidential and may not be disclosed to any person or entity except in the manner authorized by this subchapter. (b) Information acquired by a registry may not be disclosed under freedom of information or sunshine legislation, rules, or practice. (c) A person may not file or prosecute a class action litigation to force a registry to disclose identifying information.
