Sec. 162.161. FEES. (a) The board shall prescribe and assess fees in amounts necessary to cover its cost of operating under and administering this subchapter. (b) The board may waive a fee for a state agency that is required to obtain core credentials data from the board and that Section 162.156 prohibits from collecting duplicate data.
