Sec. 162.077. OFFICERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES. (a) The board of a telephone cooperative shall annually elect from the board's membership a president, a vice president, a secretary, and a treasurer. (b) An officer who ceases to be a director ceases to hold office. (c) The same person may hold the offices of secretary and of treasurer. (d) The board may also elect or appoint other officers, agents, or employees as the board considers appropriate and shall prescribe the powers and duties of those persons. (e) An officer may be removed from office and a successor elected in the manner prescribed by the bylaws.
