Sec. 161.551. DEFINITIONS. (a) In this subchapter, "servicemember" means a member or former member of the state military forces or a component of the United States armed forces, including a reserve component. (b) In this section, "state military forces" has the meaning assigned by Section 437.001 , Government Code.
