Sec. 161.0336. INFORMATION RELATING TO COMPLAINT PROCEDURES. The commission shall: (1) post information about its complaint procedures on the home page of the Internet website maintained by the commission; (2) post specific information on how to file a complaint, what types of information to provide with the complaint, and a description of the complaint process; and (3) explain on that website what types of complaints the commission has authority to resolve, distinguishing those from complaints that the commission does not have authority to resolve.
