Sec. 161.0311. ACCEPTANCE OF GIFTS AND GRANTS. (a) The commission may solicit and accept gifts, grants, and donations for the purposes of this chapter. (b) The commission shall report to the legislature by December 31 of each year the source and amount of each gift, grant, and donation received under this section.
