Sec. 161.017. MEETINGS OF BOARD. (a) When necessary, the board shall meet on the first and third Tuesdays of each month in the land office, where its session shall be held and continue until its docket is cleared. The board may recess at its own discretion. (b) The chairman of the board may call special meetings of the board at any time he thinks necessary by giving the other members notice.
