Sec. 161.013. EXECUTIVE SECRETARY AND ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE SECRETARY. (a) The board shall select an executive secretary and an assistant executive secretary, each of whom shall be nominated by the commissioner and approved by a majority of the board. (b) The executive secretary and assistant executive secretary shall perform all duties required of them by the board.
