Sec. 160.511. OFFENSE: UNAUTHORIZED RELEASE OF SPECIMEN. (a) A person commits an offense if the person intentionally releases an identifiable specimen of another person for any purpose not relevant to the parentage proceeding and without a court order or the written permission of the person who furnished the specimen. (b) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.
