Sec. 16.452. TEXAS INFRASTRUCTURE RESILIENCY FUND. (a) The Texas infrastructure resiliency fund is a special fund in the state treasury outside the general revenue fund. (b) The resiliency fund shall be administered by the board in accordance with this subchapter. (c) The board may invest, reinvest, and direct the investment of any available money in the resiliency fund as provided by law for the investment of public funds. (d) Investment earnings, interest earned on amounts credited to the resiliency fund, and interest earned on loans made from the fund shall be deposited to the credit of the fund.
