Sec. 157.115. DEFAULT JUDGMENT. (a) The court may render a default order for the relief requested if the respondent: (1) has been personally served, has filed an answer, or has entered an appearance; and (2) does not appear at the designated time, place, and date to respond to the motion. (b) If the respondent fails to appear, the court may not hold the respondent in contempt but may order a capias to be issued.
