Sec. 154.251. APPLICABILITY. (a) This subchapter applies only to money paid or collected on a trust-funded prepaid funeral benefits contract entered into after July 15, 1963. (b) Money paid or collected on a prepaid funeral benefits contract entered into before July 15, 1963, shall be handled in accordance with the law in effect on the date the contract was entered into.
