Sec. 152.020. SUPERVISION. (a) A landowner shall inform the service of measures taken by the landowner to control the infestation and the results of those measures. (b) The service may change its prescribed procedures as conditions or new information may require. (c) On request, the service shall certify when all reasonably practicable measures to be done by the landowner, pursuant to its prescribed procedures, have been completed.
