Sec. 152.0011. LOCAL YOUTH BOOT CAMPS; CONTRACTS WITH PRIVATE VENDORS. (a) The juvenile board or local juvenile probation department may establish a youth boot camp and employ necessary personnel to operate the camp. (b) The juvenile board or local juvenile probation department may contract with a private vendor for the financing, construction, operation, maintenance, or management of a youth boot camp. (c) If a juvenile board or its designee determines that a child is not complying with the rules of conduct promulgated by the board or is medically or psychologically unsuitable for the program, the board shall terminate the child's participation in the program and request the sentencing court to reassume custody of the child.
