Sec. 151.402. TAX REPORT DATES. (a) A tax report required by this chapter for a reporting period is due on the same date that the tax payment for the period is due as provided by Section 151.401 . (b) Repealed by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 431, Sec. 3(2), eff. June 14, 2013.
