Sec. 15.431. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Advisory committee" means the Texas Water Fund Advisory Committee. (2) "Fund" means the state water implementation fund for Texas. (3) "Historically underutilized business" has the meaning assigned by Section 2161.001 , Government Code. (4) "Trust company" means the Texas Treasury Safekeeping Trust Company.
