Sec. 15.4031. CREDIT UNION COMMISSIONER HEARING. (a) The commissioner may convene a hearing to receive evidence and argument regarding any matter under this chapter or Subtitle D, Title 3, before the commissioner for decision or review. The hearing must be conducted under Chapter 2001 , Government Code. A matter made confidential by law must be considered by the commissioner in a closed hearing. (b) A hearing officer may conduct any hearing on behalf of the commissioner.
