Sec. 15.301. COMMISSIONER. (a) The commission shall appoint a commissioner by affirmative vote of two-thirds of the membership of the commission. (b) The commissioner serves at the will of the commission. (c) The commissioner is an employee of the commission and is subject to the commission's orders and directions.
