Sec. 15.214. INSPECTION OF PROJECTS. (a) The board may inspect at any time the construction of a project being constructed with proceeds of revenue bonds insured by the board to assure that: (1) the contractor is substantially complying with the approved engineering plans of the project; and (2) the contractor is constructing the project in accordance with sound engineering principles. (b) Inspection of a project by the board does not subject the state to any civil liability.
