Sec. 15.083. DELIVERY OF LIST TO SECRETARY OF STATE. (a) The secretary of state may require the registrar to deliver a copy of the suspense list to the secretary in the form prescribed by the secretary. (b) The registrar shall deliver the list within the period prescribed by the secretary of state.
