Sec. 15.082. AVAILABILITY OF REGISTRAR'S LIST. (a) The registrar shall furnish a copy of the suspense list to any person requesting it or shall furnish that portion of the list requested. (b) The list shall be provided in accordance with Chapter 552 , Government Code. (c) Repealed by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 711 (H.B. 3107 ), Sec. 99(1), eff. September 1, 2021.
