Sec. 148.069. PURCHASE OF SLAUGHTERED CATTLE WITHOUT HIDE OR EARS. (a) A person commits an offense if the person purchases slaughtered cattle in violation of Section 148.045 of this code. (b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $200.
