Sec. 148.065. FAILURE TO FILE BOND. (a) A person required by Section 148.042 of this code to file a bond commits an offense if the person engages in business as a slaughterer without filing bond in accordance with that section. (b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $5 nor more than $200.
