Sec. 1477.354. MATURITY. (a) A revenue anticipation note issued under this subchapter must mature not later than the last day of the fiscal year in which the note is issued, except as provided by Subsection (b). (b) A revenue anticipation note issued under this subchapter may mature not later than the last day of the first quarter of the fiscal year following the fiscal year in which the note is issued if the revenue dedicated to retire the note has accrued but has not been received by the county in the fiscal year in which the note is issued.
