Sec. 1477.352. AUTHORITY TO ISSUE REVENUE ANTICIPATION NOTES. The county may issue revenue anticipation notes to pay for current expenses of the county only if the county auditor: (1) recommends that action; and (2) identifies the revenue anticipated to be used for repayment of the notes.
