Sec. 1477.206. OPERATION OF FIREFIGHTER TRAINING FACILITIES. (a) The commissioners court may: (1) operate and maintain the county's firefighter training facilities; and (2) set and collect charges for: (A) services performed at those facilities; and (B) information furnished to others by the use of those facilities. (b) The commissioners court shall pay the expenses of operating and maintaining the county's firefighter training facilities from: (1) charges collected under Subsection (a); and (2) any other available county funds.
