Sec. 1477.066. BONDHOLDER'S RIGHT TO MANDAMUS. (a) The holder of a bond issued under this subchapter is entitled, by mandamus or other proceedings in court, to enforce the holder's rights against: (1) the county; (2) the county's employees and agents; and (3) the employees of the county's agents. (b) A bondholder's rights include the right to require the county to: (1) impose and collect sufficient rates and charges to carry out the agreements contained in the bond order; and (2) perform all agreements and covenants contained in the bond order and the duties arising from those agreements and covenants.
